Marvel Avengers Action Figures, Set of 8 Value Pack for $15
Walmart has the the Marvel Avengers Action Figures, Set of 8 Value Pack for $15 with free site-to-store or pay $1.97 shipping.
My neighbor got these over the summer for his eight year old and they started fading/ cracking after a trip into the bath tub.
I know, they're cheap, right? I just can't see getting these for kids if they're going to fade once they get wet. you know, kids put them in their mouths, etc.
8 action figures, but they are all Captain America and Iron Man variants. No Thor or Hulk.

"Each set of 8 figures is a different assortment," and it says Thor is a possibility, but I guess that means repeats are a possibility too.
They had these at my WalMart on Black Friday. Pretty random assortment -- there are Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor figures, but you'd have no way of knowing what you'd get. I didn't see any Hulks.
I don't know....$15 for 8 figures is cheap, but if you get a dud, and get nothing but re-paints of the same figure, i don't know what kid would get much value out of it....nice to have a "back-up" of a figure incase one does break, but it's essentially getting 2-3 figures in a kids eyes
The packs we bought on Black Friday had Hulk, Thor and a few others from the Captain America and Thor movies. Maybe we just got lucky. We did have to paw through the stacks though. Other thing is it is 8 different figures per package. Since we bought two packages we wound up getting a few duplicates, but with two kids, it quieted the fighting right down.
cheap price. even if it's random, you could still get for a few different kids or give to the toys for tots bin. definitely good for that...
These aren't full size, they are the 4" figures.
Wow - who lets their kids put any Chinese made toys in their mouths? If they're at that age find some toys that can be chewed (without any Lead worries)

I saw these on black friday and almost bought them, but build quality looked horrible.
I thought I would update on my purchase: I bought two sets. While I did get a duplicate Iron Man Mark VI and duplicate Ultimate Iron Man, I did receive a Thor, two different Captain Americas, Red Skull (awesome!) Volstagg, Whiplash Vanko and War Machine amongst some generic trooper and agents. I'd say that's a pretty decent mix of major characters for the cheap price. Plus they all come with some cool accesories. I'd say this was a solid deal.
