This phone has very decent reviews and with a $50 instant rebate and a $50 mail in rebate this is a great deal for a prepaid phone. Like many people, I don't like mail in rebates but MetroPCS always sends you a prepaid Visa or MasterCard - don't remember which. You can track the progress of your rebate plus your balance online. You need to be a customer for at least 35 days after activation of each handset you purchase in order to be eligible for most rebates.

I ordered 4. Family plan w/500MB data cap for 4G speed comes to $35 each/month incl. of all taxes & fees. Single person = $40.
