It's a PC download. You have to print off the coupon in the link and bring it in for the download card you can use to claim it.

I don't understand why they think I'm going to buy more if I have to go inside their store.

you dont have to print the coupon. just go into the store and remind them to add it to your purchase(if your buying something.) or just ask for it.
