Do you have to download music to the jump drive or can you plug and play iPhone/ iPod?

@chillvol: you need to save your songs onto the jump drive that comes free with the unit. Use mp3 or wma formats.

@chillvol: Since it has RCA jacks you can probably just use a 3.5mm to rca cable to hook up a phone to it. I did it before with my car stereo before aux jacks became more common.

you can also use a sendstation ipod/iphone interface, will convert digital signal to true line level signal so you don't end up frying your amp - the y adapter from headphone out is actually a low level signal not line level.
