Don't get it. Go to the site, and it says...."Deal expires in...sorry, you're too late." This is about three minutes after its put up. I can continue to sign in and create an account...and maybe the deal is there, maybe it isn't, but I'm not about to put my info in to create an account unless I know going in there's a deal...

vote-for3vote-against

Yeah, some items seem a bit odd...

vote-for1vote-against

There's not even a brand is there?

vote-for3vote-against

It clearly said deal runs out in 22 hours, etc, etc, for me. Looked perfectly legit...?

vote-for0vote-against

Broken for me too. Did they have like 2 of them?

vote-for6vote-against

Tells me there's still 22+ hours left. Looks like they may be two different brands and they seem to go out of their way not to list a brand. There are a lot of differences besides just the color too and neither have an optical zoom.

vote-for1vote-against

It does state it was posted here 6 hours ago, maybe they ran out since then, unless I'm reading it wrong.

(Just went back to site and it is still listed for sale. Did not try to buy though.)

vote-for2vote-against

It's good again, but I wouldn't gamble $50 on this.

vote-for4vote-against

2.4" or 2.7" as in the specs...no brand.HMmmmnn $50 gamble:
do i get a working camera or a paperweight?

vote-for5vote-against

Well, this would have been a great deal...

vote-for4vote-against

No brand, no worries? :)
Would not bet on this one.

vote-for5vote-against

I just bought a friggin camera at the woot off

vote-for1vote-against

I didn't see any listing for an Optical Zoom, just a Digital Zoom. The Black Camera, I guess, recharges through USB? I don't see a charger listed in included accessories.
Plus, no Brand listed at all.
Seems kind of wonky.

vote-for2vote-against

Link worked for me, but it doesn't say who makes either camera.

vote-for2vote-against

It's the camera of mystery...oooooooooooooooooo

vote-for1vote-against

How can I waste 50 bucks on camera that doesn't even have a brand on it and has a few different descriptions for its features? No Thanks

vote-for1vote-against

where is the warranty?

vote-for2vote-against

looks like a good deal.

vote-for2vote-against

no name camera, probably a crap shoot. I won't go for it.

vote-for2vote-against

looks like either nikon or samsung camera however they have their names clearly written on the face of the camera. seems like they 'dropped off the truck' before the names could be put on

vote-for1vote-against

Looks like those cheap Polaroid digital camera's. Not worth $10.

vote-for2vote-against

Man and I just got a new camera last week. Boo

vote-for2vote-against

Works for me. My wife has one of these and we bought it for over $100 a little bit ago. Really good price and the camera takes pretty good pictures and decent video.

vote-for2vote-against

I have this camera. I love it and keep it on me at all times. Never know when that embarassing moment will happen.

vote-for1vote-against

From experience, if a camera does not have a name it is not worth ist

vote-for5vote-against

appears to be junk. look at the lens, it's tiny. it must have an extremely small sensor, which means there's no way they're really getting 10 MP of resolution out of it. It's probably a low resolution sensor with the extra pixels interpolated, so the pictures probably have tons of noise. Another hint is the max ISO is 400, so there's probably far too much noise to be usable above that, if it was even possible (typically you can go up to about ISO 1600 and still have okay results if you're not going to zoom in on the details). $50 would be better spent on an old name-brand camera from about 4 years ago. This will probably be camera phone or webcam quality.

vote-for1vote-against

I'm not seeing how to clearly expand the description. Click on the pic, maybe? Title isn't clickable for me.

vote-for1vote-against

some items are definately a bit odd.

vote-for1vote-against

It looks like only the silver camera comes with a charger.. weird

vote-for2vote-against

Looks like junk. How can we get things like this from showing up so prominently before the community has had time to judge them?

vote-for1vote-against

I just want to know what brand they are.

vote-for2vote-against

Great deal and it is working now.

vote-for1vote-against

@FritoBandito: Because this is sponsored product placement. At least Woot keeps them separated from the other deals.

vote-for2vote-against

Looked like a good deal for a camera that you can just throw in your pocket and not worry if it got beat up.....

vote-for1vote-against

No brand? Doesn't matter how many megapixels or what the deal is. Without a name brand you're rolling the dice on getting crap, and not the good kind of "bag of crap" we all want.

I'd pass.

vote-for1vote-against

Is that a cybershot?

vote-for1vote-against

Something's fishy...no brand name...no info on Optical Zoom...only $50...I think I'll pass on this one.

vote-for1vote-against

It would be nice to know the manufacturer of the item? Isn't that a law or something to know the company that manufactured something?

At $49? Seems too good to be true even in this economy and with Black Friday and holiday season looming...

vote-for1vote-against

Looks like the one I got for my hsband nice camera for a point and shoot guy.

vote-for1vote-against

Not willing to gamble $50 on this. Details do not seem full and complete.
