@007slice: You must be a Google Play member to get the free tracks.

@tbgolladay: Yes, and it's free to be a Google Play member. Sorry, didn't realize the second link was already a deal. My bad.

@oo7slice: I added the comment about membership because I've gotten complaints from people that weren't aware of that requirement. Some people don't want to give a credit card number to join, even thought will be no charge for the free songs. Just trying to save you some hassle.

I used a prepaid Amex gift card with $0 left on it and all the free "purchases" went through without a hitch!

Thanks for the awesome songs!

Good deal for fans but I can't stand Coldplay. When I want to hear U2 I'd rather hear U2 sing it.

Worthy of note, it appears you can't download the song to your PC or MP3 devices. It said something about only being able to listen on the web or on your android device

@bsmith1: Actually if you go to your email where it sends you the receipts the emails will say, "The song you have purchased is now available for you to listen to, share, or download in your Google Play music library or on the Google Play Music app on your Android phone." Click on the link and it will take your library, from there click on "Free and purchased" it will show you the songs you have gotten, click a song and then click the download button on the upper-right side to download to your computer as an MP3. Each song may only be downloaded twice (when not using the Music Manager program.)

@innercliff: You're right. Thanks. That was a misleading message.
