@smasumur: mmmmmmtrue... but maybe it's just my imagination but when you think of Halloween costumes and monkey costumes, do you imagine something costing more than a laptop?
And how do we know it's a deal in the first place? Is there a, "This was marked down from $10,000?" nope. I'm sure that I could find a curious george costume for less than 1k. Or better yet, buy some fleece, pay for sewing lessons, and make my own for less than 1k.

It's a TYPO! Looking at past sales - their (albeit poorly run Amazon Storefront) has sold them for $35 ish...
I bought one of these. For the most part it is well worth the money, but there is a tragic defect! No SPH, nor is there a provision for one. As a result, you have to cut or tear your own SPH, and if you are not skilled at sewing, the ragged edge could cause dangerous chafing and monkey burns. You might think that if one could afford this costume, then one could certainly afford a tailor, but if you want to avoid police inquiries and visits from child protective services, you better hope that tailor is mighty discreet.
On a positive note, this costume does fit most midgets perfectly.

I found the same costume on another site for $28.99. But I'm sure this one is worth it.
I got this for my son last haloween....Man...you should see the amount of candy he got!!! We are still snacking on tootsie rolls...although they are getting a little hard now....but anyway....It was well worth the price, not only in looks, but in the sheer amount of candy alone!!

@mauserman: It was gonna include the toddler, but the batch they were trying to smuggle into the DR from Haiti got snagged by Haiti Customs... so just the costume.
