no, no, no - First off HOW could you attach the umbrella bits to the shaft of super cutting light?

Then, you better make sure you are inside when you turn it off or the umbrella top is just gonna take off and fly away.

This strikes me as HIGHLY impracticable.

I always found it to be easier to just use The Force to repel water from my immediate vicinity. Also, the drag created by the umbrella is just enough to slow ones response to a laser blaster shot or an ambush of any sort.

I got my girlfriend one of the Blade Runner style umbrellas from Thinkgeek, and while they're cool, the LED is nowhere near as bright as you would want it to be, not a big deal, just a little disappointing. The umbrella itself is sturdy, the only real issue I have is there is no cover for the on/off switch, making it very easy to accidentally click this to the on position and drain your batteries. If you're like most people, you will toss this in your trunk of back seat when not using it, and then you'll be buying new batteries the next time you want to show it off.

Hey, I ordered a couple of these at the end of November and they just shipped after I asked where they were.
Did anyone else have any problems getting theirs? Shouldn't think They'll get here in time for Christmas now.
