I agree, this is THE best HTPC remote that you can buy. I have 3 myself and I have friends that are looking to cash in on this deal. Thanks for posting!

@buckmaster00 there is a code listed first thing on this post that you need to use to get the deal.

Thanks for posting. Ordered two. I had trouble finding an add to cart button though, weird. I ended up adding to wish list and from there I was able to add to cart.

Thank you for sharing. Also note this IS the backlit version, much better for you HTPC than the non-backlit model.

I have one of these, originally bought for my HTPC, but found it to small if you do much typing at all. Also the mouse is not sensitive enough for me even with windows settings bumped up to fastest. In the end I opted for the tiny little Micro$oft wireless keyboard and a standard Logitech mouse for the HTPC. BUT I found the Lenovo to be perfect for my Blu-ray player. The difference for me is that I do lots of web searching and browsing on the HTPC, so a fair amount of typing. On my Samusung Blu-ray all i'm typing is a movie name or a password to a streaming site. I've never tried it on my Samsung TV.

I have the previous version with the trackball. I use it for presentations and HTPC functions. Removing the mouse movement that comes from trackball will just make it 10x better.

I have the non-backlit version that I use with my Raspberry Pi. Although I don't actually use it anymore since now my TV remote controls it via CEC. But it functions fine for when need to enter text or use the CLI.

Have had this for a year or more, and the trackball (non-lit) version before that.
+1 for the best HTPC accessory around. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the overwhelming positive response to the post. I wanted to express my gratitude to everyone here for the votes and the words. Makes my day to save you guys/gals money.
I honestly own 2 of these things currently and was so excited to find this deal so I could get more of em. They are such a great addition to the HTPC setup. I understand the touch-sensitive tracking can get a bit frustrating at first, as can a smaller keyboard, but with a small bit of familiarity you can easily get it down to a science and figure out how to master it.
Note: Just be sure to have an unobstructed Line of sight from the dongle to the unit if you are going outside of 10 feet. You will have some issues with it if you break that connection. This should not be an issue with an HTPC setup. You can easily buy a USB extension cord and run it somewhere to extend the range or get the dongle up higher off the ground to fix line of sight.

Am I blind? I can't find the buy or add cart option. Is it gone?

Just bought mine $34.55 with tax. Ships 9/2/13. Great deal. Been waiting for this to come around again and this time with the backlit display!

@thelastredeemer: A small box under the 79.99. You cannot see the entire code in the box but it is there to apply code.

I also own 2 of these (previous versions- non backlit and trackball) and love them! My favorite thing on this is that they have a CTRL-ALT-DEL all-in-one key so you can quickly bring up the task manager. This one also has that key (in orange). The batteries last long, ergonomic- just a great compliment to any mediacenter.

@tnosar: I actually legitmately mean I cannot find the buy / add cart option AT ALL. Like I couldn't add it to my cart so it has nothing to do with the code.

However, I moved the link to Firefox from Chrome and finally found the add cart option. I had to disable Adblock Plus from Chrome to see it; WTF?

Note that I also have Adblock Plus on Firefox but I can see the add cart button fine though. Freaking weird...
