Seems like a pretty good deal...too bad I don't need one.

I love my A100! It's a great tablet. Put an extra 32G Micro SD card in it for <$30 bucks. The NVidia graphics are spectacular, and it has great speed with the dual processors.
I sold my Xoom to buy this. This is a great deal on this tablet!

I too love my A100. Acer said that official ICS will be coming for it in April, but you can actually get the leaked ICS update on various sites online. This tablet is even better with ICS. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome deal! Love this tablet. I want to get another but I'm torn between this and the Asus Transformer TF101. Anyone have any suggestions?

Way too many problems with this company. I was told over and over and over again that my product was "on it's way" then they told me that it was back ordered. I actually gave them 6 weeks to rectify this and then they told me they would just give me my money back. A total of 9 weeks with my cash. Yes. I know. I'm pretty forgiving to start off with. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I looked up their site on reviews... http://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/1saleaday.html

My wife has this tablet, and the only complaint we have is the microphone is terrible. I have the Asus Transformer and we try to video chat(mainly with the kids)when I'm traveling , and I can't hardly hear anything they say. They hear me fine, but I've read where lots of people complain about the quality of the microphone. Other than that, my wife loves it. Streams videos on netflix, surfs the web, and it's a great size for her to throw in her purse and go.
As for the site, I've never had any problems with them.

Battery life is terible. This should have never been relised to market with 4 hours battery life. Viewing angle is another thing you should think twice before trowing cash for this thing. I long returned mine.

I like my A100!!! Especially finding out that ICS will be released in April or so. Great knowing its supported. Do note that it charges by A/C. I have not found a USB charger. Battery life is tablet battery life especially if you're doing everything (Wifi, bluetooth, browsing, playing games, etc.) If you're just reading then all is good. The Tegra is great and for only $189 i wish I would've waited. I paid $300 out the door with 16GB class 10 and case. I definitely recommend this product! Viewing angle can be a problem if you are looking bottom up, but if you're the only user not sure why you would be looking at it from an angle...and 7" is a perfect size. Not too heavy so reading for long periods of time is easy, games are easy to play.

I have purchased many items from 1saleaday. I never expect quick delivery, but sometimes I get it. The bargains I get are worth the wait. I have bought cheap watches that did not work. My money was refunded. Now I just buy brand names and higher quality. I don't expect them to check all their merchandise to see if it works or not. I do use common sense whenever I buy online though. Some things are best bought when you can see them before you buy them.

@darkomandic: I'm curious- Did you replace it with another tablet? If so, what?

vote-for1vote-against

@triplebud: Not sure about this Acer, but I have the TF101 and love it! I also have the optional keyboard dock which is very handy and useful. Asus hit a home run with it and another one with the Transformer Prime, IMHO.

@darkomandic: I totally agree about the battery life. If you're using wi-fi the battery life goes from terrible to absolutely horrid. Be sure to turn off the wi-fi when not in use.

@havocsback: I actually kept my Cyanogenmod 7 Nook Color, and used the money from Acer to woot HP Touchpad wich I improved with Cyanogenmod 9 a mont ago. Much better deal IMO.

Has anyone used this to take notes with a stylus ? That would be my primary use of it.

@greggroeneveld: You are better of with HTC Flyer for note taking. They pop up for same price here and there. Keep your eyes open for one.

@darkomandic: I second this post for HTC Flyer. It is great for note taking and does more everything these newer tablets do, albeit sightly slower. Its not immediately noticeable unless you are coming from ICS on a Tegra 3. I love the HTC flyer and the battery life is easily twice this ACER.

@greggroeneveld: I agree about the Flyer...another alternative is the Entourage Pocket Edge. Can be gotten cheaply since the the company that makes them is defunct. Wonderful little device with a great online support community.

I tried to get this on Black Friday. The web site accepted the purchase, but they wouldn't actually sell it to me. I think the price was a little more then, but brand new.

If I didn't already have three Androids, one a 7", I'd probably be in for this one. The Asus and Acer 10 inchers were virtually identical in specs, and I assume the 7" Acer would be about the same.

I don't know about this site; don't think I've bought from them. But two of my Androids were refurbs and they were just like new, but cheaper.

Thank you for the great information

Just got an HTC Flyer. Thanks to all who suggested that as an alternative !

@greggroeneveld: I hope you saw the sale on the FLYER going on at Cowboom.com

I grabbed one....and I listed THIS deal!
