bought a yard rake from them about a month ago. they cancelled 5 min later, but i was still charged. after about 4 calls and sending them my bank statement, they finally refunded my money.

wouldn't deal with sears again.

@mslim7: They're notorious for cancelling online orders after they're placed. I bought a washer and dryer there back in July and they screwed up my bank account for 3-4 days.

It caused my PC build to get pushed back. In the end, I ended up spending an extra $50-75 on my PC build because they delayed me ordering it by tying up my bank account until they decided to credit me for the purchases correctly. It was a mess. Next time I guess I'll get off my butt and just go to the store.
