$29.99, please. That is the lowest I've seen this during November-December.

Until then, no sale.

@caisburning:

"Seen" is past tense, so unless you have a time machine to go back and get it, you may be waiting for a long time.

@baqui63:

Great, kid. Don’t get cocky

While this is technically cheaper, it's not that great of a deal since regular price is $40. Just my opinion though.

@hackman2007: Agreed. I have a feeling it will see lower prices in the next 3 weeks.

This also includes the atrocious "noooooo" added in to ROTJ. No thanks, Lucas.

Eh, George destroyed these films. I hate the digitized Ewan McGregor...

I picked this up at coughWal-Martcough for $39.99 a month ago.... Still a good movie and fun to watch in bluray with the kids. It still feels like if Leonardo da Vinci did what George Lucas has there would be silly glasses and a mustache painted on the Mona Lisa.

I refuse to get this because it does not contain the original versions of the movies.

I know it is being picky, but I don't want to watch these awesome movies with the CGI rape and added (profanity)

I think we may one day see the original theatrical versions released on blu-ray. It's another product George Lucas can make money off of, and call me crazy, but I don't think that's something he shys away from.

@gunsforsale: I have to agree. First they change Han in the cantina scene, then changed Anakin/Vader at the end of ROTJ, etc., etc.

Now, in essence, Lucas is changing the history of the trilogy. What's next? Changing the newest three (the prequels to ep 4) too?

All Dvds will see big big price drops downloading will do to dvds what it did to cds. As data storage continues to get cheaper and smaller we will get rid of the 6 ft tall entertainment center holding 500 dvds that you might watch 50 of in the last 3 years

@chalion: The ONLY way I would pay for Episodes I-III is if he tweaked them. They were terrible filler with little acting or interest. The Rifftrax versions were even hard to sit through.

Check out RedLetterMedia, Plinkett's dissection of them, of even the Half in the Bag episode 16 on the same website.

I'm not even a Star Wars fan and the things Lucas has done are offensive.
