Would buying a full set of 6 to use on all the HDMI inputs of my 72", 3D, LED Sony be considered snobbery?

Just curious. Not really used to connecting with or socializing with people who would buy from BestBuy.

HDMI is Digital, not Analog. The quality of the cable is not that important
