COWBOOM is terrible. They send broken stuff... I'm sure these are damaged iPads.

@farleytron: Any problem merchandise that I have every received I was able to send back to them...and they paid the shipping. Most of what I have received has been exactly as advertised. You have to check the rating they give carefully. Anything that I have gotten rated 7 and up has been excellent.

So like ASUS has a Tegra3 7.7" rablet coming out soon...for $249 new.

If this does happen, best to wait a month to get it... IMHO

@souka: The Asus 7" tablet that has been making the rounds of the electronics shows has not been announced for production yet. There are still lots of good tablets besides it, though. I think this deal is pointed more toward people that prefer Apple. We all know how that argument goes.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
