Fantastic! A big FYI for anyone taking advantage of this deal - this drive includes a 3.5" adapter bracket, so no need to buy one separately if you're going to put this puppy in a desktop tower. No idea about the quality, but honestly, a chassis is a chassis. As long as it fits and it has properly aligned screw holes, it'll get the job done.

Just gave the SSD I was going to use for my PC to the boyfriend because his HDD bit the dust. So this comes along at a perfect time!

I use this as my boot drive in my main PC. This thing is the bee's knees. Everything pops up super-fast. For example Photoshop CS4 used to take 20+ seconds to load on my 10,000 RPM Western Digital Raptor HDD (which was the "fast" drive of its days). With this Kingston, it comes up in 3 seconds.

I love it. And I paid $150 for it. At this price, it's a steal. And I may just be picking up a second one. Icing on the cake: 90% of its reviews are 4 and 5 star. A few lemons happen but I feel these are dependable (even moreso than HDDs).

again?! They really hook you with that "limited time" stuff. Anyways, got three of these last time (for myself and others). Installed them all and working great. I replaced a RAID 0 that was using spinning disks and getting much better speeds. Granted the RAID was software controlled by the moBo and not a physical RAID controller.

Just built a new system with one of these. Boot up in 15 seconds and on the internet.

This is a great drive. I added one to my Dell laptop as the boot drive and it is very fast and reliable. I'm waiting for the 256GB version to come down and will buy that for the second drive bay.

Makes you think that the last 2 weeks is just the beginning on SSD deals between now and Christmas.

I have a few other Kingston SSD drives and have had a great experience with them. Ordered this to replace my server's system drive.

So I am torn between this and a similarly priced 500GB hybrid drive.

Does anyone have knowledge or use of both?

@bandrik: +1 for using the phrase "bee's knees."

Also, good price for a SSD. I really like how well they speed up load times.

Out of stock. Don't know whether you can backorder at this price. Guess I'll have to wait for black friday or something.
