I'd like to try this some day. In the shipping information it says they "may" charge an additional $7.50 for cooling. Do they tell you for sure during checkout?

@faughtey: You only need to worry about cooling for shipping during summer months and yes they will tell you at checkout.

@catbertthegreat: Oh my lord. You are evil. I'm having terrible trouble resisting this. It sounds like a fine wine description.

"Bittersweet velvet on the tongue…take a sip and watch the chocolate vapors rise from the corners of your mouth, penetrating the air with an intoxicating deep cacao combination. C'est la Vie! A Parisian style chocolat chaud, intended to be savored in tiny sips."

I should be settling down for the night, not dreaming of chocolate.

@faughtey: I am guessing if you order right now that they aren't going to be charging you for cooling.

A friend from Brooklyn brought us Jacques Torres Hot Chocolate, http://www.mrchocolate.com/detail.aspx?ID=54, for New Year's. It is wonderful but costs 3 dollars more.

Actually, I ordered a bunch of chocolate from them for a Dec. 14th delivery to GA and they charged me for the 'cooling.' So it's not a summer month thing - I believe it's geographically based since I was not charged to send it to my parents in IN.

Drinking chocolates are the best sinfully delicious thing in the entire world. We have a little place locally that serves it. Heaven! Bliss!
