I have one of these and it's definitely a solid piece. Definitely makes playing on-rail shooters much more fun on the Wii.

@manofkays: Some of the reviews really recommend it for Resident Evil, Ghost Squad, Ghost Recon, House of the Dead...pretty much any shooting game.

A few reviews spoke of the trigger not connecting well with the wiimote, but those were only a select few and seem to have been sent a defective grip.
