Vibram FiveFingers Bormio Shoes - Ugliest Pair of Shoes...EVER for $109.93 + free shipping
I just threw up in my mouth a little. Why? Because I stumbled upon this pair of shoes from Vibram. Fellow men, we all know that our feet are gnarled, crusty, smelly, yellow, and generally unsightly. So why in the world would someone make a shoe that resembles our mangled flesh nubs that just so happen to take us from place to place? It just doesn't make any sense.
ugly, but good for running
Truly, truly... ugliest shoes EVAR
I love my FiveFingers for running, but I don't pretend they are fashionable. These things are so awful they make mine look normal.
I'll stick to my JJ Casuals.

What do y'all have against tanned skin feet?
My five fingers leather boots are made from REAL FINGERS!
It puts the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again...
You should see the cod piece this company makes.
Man, I would hate to wear shoes that are super comfortable, healthier, and over time make my knees and back hurt less. I mean seriously... could you imagine the horror?
I wear these on my annual run with the Tarahumara in the Copper Canyons. They work great!
edit: I guess whoever is downvoting all the "ugly" comments is having feelings of inadequacy?
@j5: You run that race? That's incredible! I just finished Born to Run and it was enough to get motivated to start my training program in Vibrams.
@minion1021: Noooo, I'm a big fat liar, for dramatic effect. :)
But I did read the book and it is very motivational and made me change the way I run recreationally.
@j5: hahaha.... it did the same for me.
Haha, a friend is from Bormio, Italy.
He will be so ticked these ugly shoes are named after his hometown!
BTW, Vibrams ARE comfy good shoes to run in!
what if you have flat feet? can you stick orthotics in there?
@at1003: NOO! I had extremely flat feet before I started wearing Vibrams and going barefoot more. Orthotics are a crutch that actually weaken your foot and arch. Your feet will be sore for a few days but eventually they will be stronger. I have completely eliminated all orthotics and even any arch support from any and all of my shoes.
