About the password change - it looks like the trial accounts are in a different user group than the regular accounts, and the trial accounts don't have a password change functionality. I think we're stuck with whatever system-generated password we received when we signed-up.

@mgermano: I had the same issue til I realized the email says you have to go to https://www.siriusxm.com/player to log in, not the main page. Hope that helps.

@kirbee: Actually not true. From the www.siriusxm.com home page you just need to click the "listen online" button at the top of the page and then login with your username and password. Logging in this way will start their "Mini Player" which is nice.

I'm already a subscriber to XM in my vehicle and it won't let me get 365 days of internet for free, only 30 day trial. Has any other vehicle subscriber had any luck with the 365 day offer?

@jumbowoot you have said with the new weighting system it would be very hard to make it on the front page with the free tag. Based on this I would say it is impossible. Maybe it is time to go back and rework some of the calculations because a deal this popular not being able to make the top page or 2 let alone top 30 is just ridiculous!

@kmeltzer: I'm not sure this deal will even stick. It was a Chevy promotion for around 300+ winners. I saw it posted on SlickDeals last night and immediately jumped on it. I wouldn't be surprised if they bumped our memberships back to 30 or 7 day trials. They already killed the year deal and it was posted at 1:36 am EST.
