I was excited until I realized this was for internet streaming only. I really don't get the point of that, when there are already so many terrestrial radio stations that stream their content for free. Last I heard, Sirius's content wasn't any different or less ad-supported than the land based stations.

@mgermano It looks like if you wanna listen after you have closed your browser, you need to use the link from the email (or bookmark it) to get to the login page. The standard SiriusXM login page will NOT work with this account type.

@mgermano: I had the same issue til I realized the email says you have to go to https://www.siriusxm.com/player to log in, not the main page. Hope that helps.

If there are any sports fans out there, they have stations dedicated to each team that provide live play by play for each game. Especially great if you live way far away from your favorite team.

But, weird. I thought I'd try listening to Stern since I haven't since he went to satellite, and so far I've heard only commercials. If I wanted commercials, I'd listen to regular radio! Confused!

Very nice find, i love my wooters. worked for me got the e-mail in seconds, i did see where it said it could take up to 30 min. I do not see how to change the password either :(

@kirbee: Actually not true. From the www.siriusxm.com home page you just need to click the "listen online" button at the top of the page and then login with your username and password. Logging in this way will start their "Mini Player" which is nice.
