I've got two. Both don't even turn on anymore. First one lasted about 2 years, 2nd lasted about 2 months. From what I read, they are hit or miss. I suppose Sandisk would replace the new one, if I wanted to deal with the hassle of returning an mp3 player I only spent $20 on.
