Coupon would not work because there are undefined "exclusions".

@wpalatka: Here is the list of general exclusions. Exclusions include but are not limited to salon services, fragrance, hair artistry brands, prestige cosmetics including Bare Escentuals, prestige skincare, Dermalogica, Clarisonic, Thermaclear, Philosophy and Benefit Brow Bars. Specific products that are excluded should have a note like this:

All-encompassing exclusions on mediocre coupons are par for course at Ulta. I thought I was going to save a few dollars about 14 months ago with a store coupon, which they wouldn't take on a christmas item my wife wanted. After chatting with the store employees, they told me that it was only the cheapest of products that would receive the discount, and others in the store complained that their coupons were never accepted on items they wanted. I don't go into the store because of their dishonest marketing, and this ad is proof they haven't changed a thing.
