Probably worth mentioning that you won't see this price until you've started the checkout process. even your cart will show $15 until you've clicked "Proceed to Checkout".

I think I usually pay around $5 per issue at the newsstand, and I usually buy it every time I fly somewhere. I suspect I may have a fair bit of flying in my next year, so this is probably a good deal for me!

National Geographic is such a gorgeous magazine. I've shown them to my kids (who just turned 9) when we are at the bookstore a few times and I told them that I would get around to getting them a subscription.

I got two issues since this same $10 offer was sold at the NatGeo site via Dealnews. I got the first issue a little over a week...talk about fast service...Great nature rag!

No luck here. Said $15 at all steps. After I purchased I checked order status. Said $15. At least it let me cancel with no problems.

Just an update....It took about 8 weeks but I got my first issue today. It really is a great magazine.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
