I want to purchase this so bad...but I made a purchase at 13 deals some time ago and still it hasn't arrived. I was given a tracking number which was obviously not mine and had that item going halfway across the country from me. There have been several times I was going to make a purchase only to hesitate because the shipping seems a bit unorganized. YMMV

almostheaven -This problem is solved by calling 13-deals after 9:30 am EST Give the person your order number and date ordered and they will correct it .Have had items missing before when ordered several of the same thing and I would call and they would ship out same day missing items. CALL after 9:30 AM EST Monday - Friday best to call when lines are not so busy before lunch to talk to a person and not a machine.NUMBER IS (423) 207-1292.

just ordered 2 of these 5 minutes ago.. it said they were almost sold out... I removed a memory cushion from a zero gravity chair to replace with a new one.. and my dog fell in love with the memory foam! 145lb rottweiler, he has been sleeping on it for weeks now..so these covers will be perfect, and will order some 4" memory foam to put in these covers. Perfect for relieving pain on older pets!

@belyndag- received my covers last week... ordered a 4" high density foam queen size matress, made 2 of these memory foam beds..and my Rotties LOVE them! I have never seen them sleep so peacefully:) Make sure you use high density, other wise they are too soft, with high density, the foam is heat reactive, so they slowly sink in, but just enough so there is no discomfort on any joints.
