I ordered one of these a few days ago when they were $140 with no rebate to replace a 7770 that just doesn't get along with one of my games. Only criticism I've heard about the 650 Ti is that it's priced too high at nVidia's asking price of $150-170, which this card obviously isn't. Also some complaints about memory bottlenecking, but the folks saying that are comparing it to the 660 and 7850 which cost about 50% more in an entirely different price-performance-efficiency bracket.

I'm running the Gigabyte 2 GB GDDR5 build of this card on my HTPC and it performs well in that context. It was $179 from the "egg" and came with a voucher for downloading Assassin's Creed III. That being said, I suspect this card would struggle to run any games more detailed than AC3 without a decent Core i5 or better CPU. It is NOT a high end gaming card, but it's plenty decent for most games running DX 10 or lower. I have played Counterstrike: GO on it with high settings and 1920x1080 res with a 3 Ghz core2duo and experienced no issues. My girlfriend plays Sonic 4 and Sonic Generations on it with no lag either. For an HTPC or a low/mid level game pc, this card performs well.
