The one you list doesn't have a lift time warranty.

Incorrect, the cheaper one does have a life time warranty. Weird.

The $119 one has slightly nicer wrenches. Had to look at the zoomed in pics real close to figure that out though.

I thought all craftsman tools have lifetime?

@mushroomstick: if you view the image source on each pic, they are using the same picture for the different products, but they do have different model numbers, different by one number, if you check. You could be right about the quality of the wrenches...

If you look at the list, this one has 6pt wrenches (hex) and the other one has 12 pt (star) wrenches

@rgehring: If the tool says 'craftsman', it has a life time warranty.

@coolascrap: Not totally correct. Craftsman hand tools have a "lifetime warranty" but power tools do not.

@wizard9791: I may be blind\wrong but if you click on the complete list for each of these, it certainly looks to be the exact same list for both, including a small number of the same 12pt sockets.

Craftsman used to have a lifetime warranty on their power tools, as well. What's great about that is, if you have/had a grandfather like mine who leaves you his astounding collection of hand and power tools, virtually all of which are Craftsman (he actually met my grandmother at Sears one day in 1945) and then one of your older-than-half-your-uncles electric drills breaks inexplicably, Sears will replace it, no questions asked, free of charge. They will also, however, explain that no, I will not be able to do that again if the new one breaks. Only the OLD tools had that warranty...

@alopeks: That's why you should buy Rigid! Solid tools! Way better than Crappy Man! Walk into a Home Depot & it'll be replaced on the spot.

Not to mention Crapsman in being made in China now... :-)
