Thanks! My son loves Jamba Juice, and it's one of the things he feels like having after seeing the dentist.

Wow. These things have between 42 and 53 grams of sugar, depending on the flavor?

For comparison, a 16-ounce Coke has 52 grams of sugar.

Diabetics beware!

Keep in mind that even though they have high sugar, that's sugar from fruit. It isn't like they are adding sugar in as far as I know.

I am actually an employee of Jamba, I feel I can shed some light one some things. First things first, the all fruits and fruit and veggie smoothies are all natural. No added sugar, food color, no preservatives... nothing. In fact, as long as it doesn't have dairy, it's all natural. The soy milk we use actually tastes better than cows milk. Smoothies to look are for are the classics, the jamba lights (splenda dairy-base), and of course anything that doesn't sound fruity like a white gummi, pink star, orange dream, or chocolate moo'd which are practically all sherbet or froyo.

Secondly, we are very lax about coupons at most locations. Print two or three, and if they give you any trouble just tell them to ring them up as separate transactions. If they take them from you, you can likely ask for them back also. At my store we just tell you to hold on to coupons.

Hope this helps someone.
