A quick glance at the iTunes comments shows some concerns about Microsoft licensing, access to dropbox, and lack of security. But definitely looks like it's worth checking out. Downloaded.
@rsmoker: yeah, I won't be doing my taxes on it or anything, but it beats my previous solution of remoting into my home computer to use Office. Talk about sluggish, and that definitely needed a network connection on both ends.
I figured it was worth the price to check out. :) I'd rather it be able to access all of my documents from my iDisk OR DropBox, but since iDisk is fading away I'll probably be transitioning over to DropBox anyway...
