Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie (Widescreen) DVD for $13.96
+ 24 hour Amazon VOD rental
Watch the Amazon Instant Video rental on your PC, Mac, compatible TV or compatible device at no charge when you buy this DVD from Amazon.com. Your rental will expire 24 hours after you begin watching or 30 days after your disc purchase, whichever occurs first. The Amazon Instant Video version will be available in Your Video Library and is provided as a gift with disc purchase. Available to US customers only. See Terms and Conditions.
Or spend $9 on a month of Netflix and watch this in HD and a ton of other stuff
Forgive me, if I'm missing something here, but...isn't $13 for a 24 hour VOD rental a really piss-poor price? Especially for a movie that's over 15 years old? We're not talking about a movie still in the theaters.
There was another posting of this deal yesterday, and it was upvoted a ton. I must be missing something, right?

EDIT: I'll leave the above for the history books to show that I was wrong, and completely misread the posting. Carry on!
As a general rule, that much for a catalog DVD is completely outrageous. But I can tell you from my own experience: Good luck finding it cheaper.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Are you boys cooking in there?"
"No."
"Are you building an Interocitor?"
"No!"
