Looks like it's the same price as Amazon.. FYI, woot offered these refurbished for 25$ after s/h, a few months ago..

@kirika: Yeah and my sansa clip stopped working and will not turn on or charge, and woot couldn't replace it because it was refurbished. After 2 weeks of use. At least I got a refund.

@gregarich: While I'm sorry your experience with the refurbished Clip wasn't great, I've had the same refurbished 1GB Clip for 4 years now. It's gone through massive abuse, I've woken up on top of it probably hundreds of nights, and it even went into a lake inside my pocket (dried it out in rice, and it kept going) Obviously there will always be a few bad ones in the bunch, but I've had great success personally. (Bought two of the 4GB Clip+ from woot recently, for my little sisters. They're inexpensive, the girls love them, and they've worked fine so far. :) )

I got the refurb'd one from woot for $20 last month and it still works great! They are nice little players.

I got a 4g sansa fuze for $30 on woot some time last year... new, and managed to survive a swim in some soda. Thing's built solid, feels like a little brick what with how dense the thing is. Battery life is great on the fuze, so I can only imagine that the battery life here is better. Most of these have microSD card readers in them as well, I'd advise picking up an 8 or 16g card so you can beat out an ipod touch's storage space for 1/3 the price.

I have bought a bunch of clips, new and refurb. I have had at least two or three refurb clips fail in short order.

I had one that would not turn on or charge so I opened it up. One of the wires from the battery wasn't connected well to the circuit board. soldered it back on. Works find once again.

My refurbished Clip is still working great after two months thanks Woot

@kirika: Sounds like they don't make or "refurbish" things like they used to.
