I know it's been cheaper before but still a good deal. I want one but I keep getting down voted from my better half.

I love my Mitsubishi 60" DLP from 2010 and love the 3D on it too.

This TV is amazing. Got it when it was at 929.99 and yes there is tax but worth every penny. Love the size!

I have a 65" that I bought in maybe 2009? I paided $300 than this at the time, but I do like it. I wish it was a little brighter. Don't expect to use this if you have a bright window opposite of the TV. The picture is pretty great otherwise though. I've also used the 3D capability which is slick.

I have the WD-60C9 and it has an amazing picture, and two years in I haven't yet had to replace the bulb. The bulbs are a reasonable $99 from Mitsubishi direct, and come with a 1 year warranty.

If you aren't planning on hanging your TV on the wall, the footprint on a modern DLP isn't too much larger than an LCD or plasma TV.

Sounds like a good deal! You can get some cash back on this tv. I think about $30, that's about 3%. This website gives you up to 3% from Dell. http://bitly.com/cashbackpurhases

You can get a free membership and search for the link to Dell. It's not much of a savings but hey, I'll use the money to treat myself for buying the tv.
