first, i would like to say that i really don't know how to list this as a deal
since there aren't any websites that list this deal as free
however, this deal is legit, confirmed by several websites on the net

second, the free zune pass for a year ($120 per year) is only free with a purchase of a new windows phone
i believe this is only offered in the US

third, the deal ends on valentine's day

so if you're really into music
and you're looking for a new phone
this deal might be the one for you

@capecodjewel: Assuming you went with this deal you wouldn't have to worry about it, All windows phones have integrated Zune and in this case would have a full year of Zune pass for free on said phone, meaning unlimited music and Smart DJ playlists from the music on the web. I have a windows phone and love it, I wish they had this deal running when I purchased my Samsung Focus!
