Amazing ceramic folding knife that looks nothing like a dolphin

Ceramic blades retain a cutting edge longer than steel, do not corrode, and are nonmagnetic, making them perfect for bomb disposal operations
However, they are brittle, so don't use it to chop hard things like bones or wedge them under things to pry them open

I have a similar ceramic knife that I bought for about the same price. It is sharp, shaving razor sharp, but I don't carry it because the way I use pocket knives I worry about breaking the blade.
Ceramic blades are very sharp, but they'll snap rather easily. I believe if you even just drop it once it'll break. Things like this are just for slicing, but they do that very well.
So how effectively does this skin a dolphin? Or is it just for the kill stage?
@halifax: many recent ceramic blades are "tempered" so they aren't suppose to shatter if dropped, for example. Whether or not this company, or this knife specifically, is made to those standards, I have no idea. From what I know of ceramics I doubt they actually heat the blade to temper it after the annealing process as with a traditional steel knife, I'd bet the term is simply a carry over because people understand it to mean "good knife, no break easy".
Don't let the fact that its ceramic turn you away.
@toycardriver: For only $30 bucks I'd be curious how much damage it could take if it was still in the warranty phase...speaking of which, if Buck ever makes a ceramic knife I'd be set for life...
