One of the most memorable improvised appearances I've ever seen by Robin Williams. Or anyone for that matter. A comic genius! James Lipton (the moderator) is the perfect straight man - & he's funny albeit often at his own expense.

99 minutes of non-stop hysteria. I don't think anyone is better for unscripted comedy. Love the Inside Actors Studio series. Great show - this is one of the best!

I have the dvd. It not only has the program as originally broadcast, but it also includes a bunch of marvelous material that was edited out (for time - Robin's interview/ q & a lasted 5 hours!). It's a pleasure to watch at any price!

I used to watch Robin Williams do that stuff for free in Clubs in S.F. He was a local star only, and very high. He would walk in off the street and in 3 minutes he was on for like a hour and half!

Love the DVD.
