Just last night I was thinking, wish my A500 fit in my pocket a little better.... :D

I don't really trust Secondipity. They had a great deal on a Kindle keyboard with 3g, it said very clearly on the site it had both 3g and wifi. I received a wifi only Kindle, and no response to my email to customer service.

The one problem I keep seeing with a lot of these tablets is the battery. The specs on this all look very nice except.....1500 mah battery?? That is like what I have in my cellphone which has a screen half the size. I just see a lot of people being frustrated with bad battery life with something like this.

@portezbie: i get about 10 hours battery life (while in use) when i turn off wifi on my A100. with wifi on it's more like 5-6 hours. that's enough for most purposes, like a laptop. it's good enough for a couple of plane rides, or taking it to your meetings for notes or something. the main problem is that the charger cable is too damn short. i ended up making my own charger by buying a handful of the DC connectors compatible with it for $5 and then hooking up 12v from some random junk AC adapters I had laying around

@chrisvo: It probably just charges via a typical micro usb cable that most android devices use, no? You can get them almost anywhere for a few bucks.

I like this one:

Made by motorola and has a nice long wire.

Do you play much games on your acer? Everyones usage is different, but just looking at the specs, the kindle fire, nook tablet and the newer samsung galaxy tab 2 all have over 4000 mah batteries. I have a kindle fire and it is nice having that good sized battery when you are playing a game with a lot of graphics.

I am not trying to push the kindle fire, there are a lot of down sides to getting a device that doesn't come with full android, but that 1500mah battery bugs me.

You really should include the condition of the tablet in the title or description as reconditioned or refurbished.

@portezbie: The Acer tabs do not charge USB, they charge via a pin shaped specialty plug. The good part of that being you can have it charging while using the ports.
And yes, the cord is about 3' long, absurdly stupid in my opinion, but I only charge mine at night so it's ok. (A500)

@andytsa: I should have included condition yes, but do you really expect to see a new one at that price?

Not going to lie, I don't see the point in picking up a 7" tablet when Google is probably going to announce the Nexus 7 for $199 - $250 at I/O later this month, with a release date in July with a quad-core processor.
