@stark: With things like bacon, though, unless you're careful you're going to end up with pathogen-infused oil. If that's your thing, then great. If not, you might want to stay away.

I'm thinking you could probably get the same effect with good old bacon grease. Just strain it through a sieve or coffee filter.

@thetexastwister: It says it is vegan. Which means no real bacon is in there to negate the benefits of olive oil.
