Wow! Just checked Amazon and see that these are $40 for two glasses over there!

Dang! These are beautiful but I'm trying to purge my overflowing cabinets!!

Anyone know how many ounces they hold? I didn't see anything in the details.

@wicked1: Check here: http://www.genusglassware.com/Glassware.aspx#

You'll need to click whichever one you want to get the specs on it.

Ordered from their site, the glassware is $44.95 for a set of two. Since all four styles are still for sale on other venues, I'm wondering if the deal posted here is for manufacturer's seconds. Even if, they'd still be a great deal.

@magic cave: LOL! My entire house is full of "seconds." DH's best friend once had a few too many glasses of wine and asked us how we could afford such nice things. I just smiled politely.

@belyndag: Yep! Most factory seconds involve flaws so minor they're essentially not noticeable. I "love" seconds, but I can't find many good outlets around here, alas.

@magic cave: (Sigh) I gave in and ordered one set of the regular flutes. Couldn't resist. I will either hate them or regret not getting more.

@belyndag: ROFL! Just be sure to report back and let me know all about them!

@magic cave: I got the glasses in last week and they are pretty great! It hadn't dawned on me that the design gives them double walls so they don't sweat and keep your drink cold longer. I tried to take a picture of one with a pretty frozen drink in it, but the glare made it tough. I got the regular flutes, but I'll bet the sparkling wine glasses would be really pretty. Anyway, no regrets about buying them!

@belyndag: They look lovely! Thanks for the follow-up, and I'm glad to hear you're pleased with them.
