I got a memory card from newegg with a rebate a few months ago and received the rebate check without any issue. It was patriot as well.

The rebate form says it has to be purchased between 1/26 - 2/1/12. I assume that means the receipt has to have those dates on it. It does not mention anything about having the physical product in hand.

. . . and BTW the rebate form also mentions only one per household, so you might think about that when ordering.

In for one . . . crossing my fingers that there are no problem getting my cash back (in 8-10 weeks).
