I own this bike. The seat is narrow and hard. My family can only sit on it for 15 minutes at a time because it hurt our tushes. Still looking for a suitable replacement seat/cushion that is specific to this bike.

I wanted to upvote this last night, but there were so many scary 1-star reviews of people waiting 2 months for replacement parts. And these are parts they needed BEFORE they could even get the thing working some of the times.
