Can the $200 gift card be used towards the purchase of the computer bought to obtain the gift card?

Pretty good deal. I remember when Dell did something similar about 5 or 6 years ago. In addition to my first laptop (which ended up being a dud, but meh) I got a 320gb portable hard drive and a bluetooth mouse, both of which weren't nearly as common as they are today. Definitely a good chance to get some (probably overpriced) accessories with a new laptop xD

Am I reading that right? They remove the bloatware??
That is news alone to rejoice over.

You guys will love a Mac.

@unif2: Or the guys will like a Microsoft Signature PC as well.

I like Macs, and these PCs are just as smooth and this selection of PCs that Microsoft Store sells are selected for the built-quality, aesthetics and performance. I was there myself, and tried them first hand. Opposite that store is the Apple Store, and that was the moment I realized that the time for Windows PC has finally arrived.

If you don't have a MacBook, well, you don't have a MacBook.

@unif2: Thanks fanboy. I do have a Macbook. And a custom Mac Pro and one iMac.

So what? It's well built, well designed. The OS is beautiful. But it's not trouble free. Any one who thinks so lives in an altered universe.

@unif2: By the way, "if you don't have a Macbook, you don't have a Macbook" is a Captain Obvious factual statement, if you didn't notice.

You didn't make or design the Macbook. You didn't design the OS. Owning something cool that someone else make doesn't make you cooler than any one else.

Why do I know that? Some of my students are on the team designing the Macs at Apple.

If you purchase through Ebates you also get 4% cash back.

The MacBook is magical.

@unif2: There's nothing "magical" about any technology hardware. It's science. In fact, there is nothing "magical" in this world, it's all based on physics.

Troll.

Once you go Mac, you don't go back.

iPod Touch. It has fun written all over it.

If you don't have an iPhone, well, you DON'T have an iPhone.

@unif2: Did Apple pay you to regurgitate marketing tag lines?
