I see no mention of the drill material. Usually with these cheap Chinese drill sets that means they're carbon steel rather than HSS. I work as a machinist and have drilled tens of thousands of holes in my life. Avoid carbon steel drills like the plague!

However, if they are HSS then this isn't such a bad deal.
