berry blast tastes terrible. and i'm not exaggerating. don't know about cinnamon rush though. and they didn't energize me, or at least not anything noticable.

I thought the Berry tasted OK, not horrible, not great. Not had the cinnamon, so can't comment.
They aren't the equivalent of a Monster, but they do give me a little giddy up.
I think they're pretty good overall.

the cinnamon one tasted like spicy cardboard...

I wonder how something that has 0 calories can give you any energy at all, let alone make a selling point out of it.

I take a sheet before I browse Woot!

I have tried this product, along with many other products. As of right now a good rule of thumb if the product does not have a warning label you are not going to get a big kick if you use a lot of caffeine.

There's nothing like a good sheet to start your morning off right!

@gcosta: Vitamin B & caffeine. Although I don't think these have near as much Vit B as most energy shots.

@gcosta: you mean like 5 hour energy, 6 hour power, monster zero, or zero calorie red bull... I see what you mean.

They all taste horrible but still worth it. I like to dissolve a sheet or two in soda so you can't taste the horrible bitter taste. Or just eat a cracker after or something.

Isn't acid taken in the same fashion as these "energy strips"?

If you are already a heavy caffeine user, the amount of Vitamin B and Caffiene in this product will do very little for you. If you are not, then this should give you a little bit of a jolt. IMHO, Coffee is still the best caffeine delivery system.

Comparison of Sheet to 5 hr Energy Shot

B6 = Sheet: 4mg Shot: 40mg
B12 = Sheet: 12mcg Shot: 500mcg
Caffeine = Sheet: 100mg Shot: 1870mg ("energy blend" of Taurine, Caffeine, etc...)

The shape of these makes it hard to insert, But once it is in there they really work. The cinamon one burns a little going in. Dont know why they are flavored anyway. Its not like you can taste things down there.

@jheppner: Per their nutrition label, 5 hour contains about as much caffeine as a premium cup of coffee, which is around 80-100mg. Your lack of research is misleading.

Also, the information for the sheets you posted is for a serving size of two sheets, not one. Attention to detail...

I don't think I would like these.

@synergynt: It's a very good thing you were here to correct me. You condescension is impressive, and your superiority should be celebrated by all that actually care.
