fyi- the discount only works on purchasing one. I tried to order 3 and it charges full price for anything over 1. but still not a bad deal as long as my toes are warm

I just put one in the cart and added coupon and it worked fine. I continued shopping and purchased a few other things then hit pay. Once I hit it i noticed the price went back up to orignial...

got online and talked to a customer service rep..few minutes later problem solved.

Moral: always check before hitting buy..even if the coupon worked 3 screens back:D

Just got my most recent meritline order today. Took about 3 weeks. I have one of the firestarters too. When you get it, remember that you have to scrape the paint/finish off the rod before it will work. Some folks complained about it last time.

On a side note, I got a package from them once that had been opened and resealed in customs, pretty cool.
