why is OD selling them for $129 (16gb) anyways? Wasn't the deal $99? Greedy bastards! And how do you have the ability to put up a sign but cant update the freakin price! so irritating!!!

vote-for3vote-against

time for a 5 hour energy... extra strength!

vote-for5vote-against

man what a waste tonight...i had to click on woot...they always get me somehow

vote-for18vote-against

Anyone else feel like "I really don't need one of these?" but thinks "damn, i should really get a slice while the pizza's hot!" ?

vote-for3vote-against

all this could have been avoided had HP not sold out before the sale started

vote-for5vote-against

this is lame. is there anyway to change f5 button to f4 cause its givin up on me

vote-for1vote-against

I ordered 4 of the 32gb. 2 at 2 separate Office Depot Store. Each are only 15min away : )

vote-for2vote-against

Guys, don't give up!! there is no way HP has sold all of them...

vote-for1vote-against

@xcapone: Yep! I have an Viewsonic G tablet I picked up for $280 a few months back on Woot. For 100/150, this thing is incredible. If we can port Android to it then it's the best deal ever. I use the tablet for reading textbooks and using googlemaps in my car, this thing has better specs than my G tablet.

I'm headed off to slumber now. Put in for store pickup at OD so I am hoping that works tomorrow morning. For everyone else, WOOT ON!!! Night all...

vote-for4vote-against

I'm number 33 in a queue with HP customer support. Hopefully I'll have some answers for you all. I've been waiting for 2 hours 20 mins.

vote-for1vote-against

im so dumb i was like yea i wil goto bed at 10 because i have worked too much and bam imfookin wooting all night, at least they could give us a woot off

vote-for1vote-against

SamsClub now showing 16GB Out of Stock!

vote-for1vote-against

@kbree: Waiting... Thanks in advance!

vote-for0vote-against

Estimated wait time is 45 minutes. After 2.5 hours it seems so miniscule.

vote-for1vote-against

As Texas Governor, Rick Perry, would say, "Discounting an HP Touchpad by that much...it's treasonous!"

Look, if any of you miss out on this deal, you'll have a second chance when Apple discontinues its iPad and consumer PC business and starts selling iPads for $99. Don't worry.

vote-for2vote-against

@kbree: lol in that time, I drove to a walmart 20 minutes from here...that's 40 minutes of driving and 20 minutes of arguing with a manager and you are still on hold listening to elevator music.

vote-for1vote-against

My walmart has them in stock and is open but still has the price listed as 398 and 498 respectively... I have to work be at work at 7, if I stayed up all night to miss this then I'm going to be a sad panda

vote-for0vote-against

@jacvoyt: It's kind of catchy actually.

vote-for1vote-against

Heh Mike,

I only see Office Depot at regular price. How did you get the sale price?

Thanks,

Selat

vote-for1vote-against

@kbree: that just means youve been on hold for too long

vote-for1vote-against

officedepot... success !!!!!!

vote-for1vote-against

@unif2: iPad 2 for $99...not going to happen anytime soon.

vote-for1vote-against

OK, so I got a tab for woot, and five more shopping sites with the HP ad up.
I peruse about the net, check woot, then check each site. Refresh, refresh, etc. Check my email, then refresh woot, then the other five sites.
Are we wooters now the new Net trojan? Is this the new viral flash mob thingie? All these people, all this electricity, all these page refreshes.
Or is it just me?
;)

vote-for1vote-against

just like that, price hikes back up. this (Mod edit: profanity) is getting fracking annoying.

vote-for2vote-against

vote-for2vote-against

Just got a bank confirmation (Chase sends me a text when I'm charged), OD charged me 280$ for my two purchases of the 16GB HP Touchpads.

vote-for2vote-against

you have to do delivery in order to get the sale price. they won't do it for in-store pickup at officedepot.com

vote-for1vote-against

insotre pickup isn't working, so choose delivery!!
