LA Noire for $5 is a steal.
COD4 for $8 is also very good.

Wow! Dragon Age Ultimate Edition and Dragon Age II for $9.99! Yes please!!

I wish they had some kind of categorization for games. I am very particular and probably 95% of games aren't going to appeal to me. There are so many games here I will never have time to open each one and see what it is. But that doesn't diminish the fact that this is a great deal!

@zvwang: Don't buy it. The crossover to PC sucks and suffers from major lag on graphics. Everyone has problems with this game and there is no way to fix it, not even upgrading graphics cards etc. I ended up quitting it after a few hours because the framerate was sooooo bad. I can run every other game at 1680 x 1050 with high detail with zero problems, but this one won't even run well at 800 x 600 with low detail. Buy the console version.

@smruins: Wait, what? I thought that price was only for Ultimate Addition. Adding Dragon Age II into the mix turned this into a "Hmmm, let me think about this." to me madly scrambling to get my debit card out.

@purplefeather: Yep it includes Dragon Age II! Talk about an amazing deal! I bought DA II For my PS3 and have never played it. Now I can sell it back on ebay, plus buy this with plenty of money leftover!

@zvwang: Absolutely good deals. Also, Saints Row: The Third is wonderful. I think the game came out in like November, so this price is killer so soon.

Serious Sam 3 for $12 is the lowest I've seen. Darkness II for $12.50 is also excellent.

Always been Dragon Age curious, at this price I'm in!
Thanks for the post.

FYI - Dragon Age activates on Origin only, activation key does not work on Steam, just like BF3 and Crysis 2.

vote-for1vote-against

So how does this work, do they just send you a steam code or what? I'd like to integrate it into steam if possible.

vote-for2vote-against

For games that use Steamworks, they should be able to activate through Steam with the provided key. However stand-alone games that have Steam counterparts, may or may not activate, such as Mass Effect 1, and Bulletstorm in the past.

@magicwuff: To answer my own question, yes.

I bought darksiders, You can download it directly from amazon or click the "I just need a product key" link and paste that key into steam, done deal.

Thanks for this, there are alot of good prices here.

vote-for1vote-against

Agreed, thanks for the heads up. Might pick up a few!

@bigshtank: Are you talking about LA Noire or CoD4 having the graphics lag?

vote-for2vote-against

Does Dragons Origins Ultimate Edition include Awakening Expansion Pack?

vote-for3vote-against

@smudge262626: I was talking about LA Noire, sorry for not clarifying that in my original post. COD4 works just fine.

vote-for3vote-against

@dmmutti: So does Dragon Age absolutely 100% require Origin to make it work, or is there like an Amazon installation suite? I refuse to let that trash on my hard drive and it seems kind of scummy they wouldn't have that in the product description if you do need it.

vote-for1vote-against

@bigshtank: I'm suprised to hear that. I always noticed a bit of a lag on my 360 with the graphics, although that could be because it is approaching its fifth birthday and the disc drive just can't keep up.

Everyone worried about Dragon Age and Dragon Age II: I Found this comment in the Review Section!

For Dragon Age:

Download and install the Origin client and use that to activate the game. It will detect that it is already installed.
(same goes for Dragon Age II). Once the game is activated, and you run it at least once, you can uninstall the Origin client.
If you uninstall the "EA: Shared Component Game Activation" you will have to re-activate the game.

For Dragon Age II:

Even though you can create an account online and use special characters in your password, the game itself does not recognize it and you will get that generic error. Just use letters and numbers, and you should be able to connect to the Dragon Age Servers from within the game. Then all the DLC will be recognized.

Don't know why the same password only worked for Dragon Age and not Dragon Age II, but figured I would share my $.02 anyway.

Check the Review by AK - Should be the 3rd Review down the page.

@thecheeseman: Not sure if you 100% have to have Origin to run it (with BF3 you do).
I know that Amazon will let you download and instal it, but not sure what happens once you try to launch the game. I too am not a fan of Origin at all, but I wanted BF3 and Crysis2, so I had Origin already on my machine because of that, and so I used it for activation & download of Dragon Age.

@pmiszczyk: I purchased this today, here is what you get...
Includes The 2009 RPG Of The Year Dragon Age: Origins,
The Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening Expansion Pack,
Plus All Nine Additional Content Packs

Dragon Age II also includes The Black Emporium DLC

All for $9.99 is just awesome.

I was able to activate Dragon age on Origin but when i try to put the code for the DLC Origin says We're sorry, this product code can not be redeemed here. Please refer to the instructions you received with this code to find out where it should be redeemed

vote-for3vote-against

@m1monster: you have to launch the game and put in codes from the game itself. (dumb but that's how EA does things)

Picked up bioshock 2 for pc since my xbox 360 red ringed on me. It's a shame ill have to start over but hey cant complain for 6 bucks and free shipping.

vote-for1vote-against

I love Dragon Age, but I'll never buy something that requires me to install EA's Origin.

So sorry, I'll pass. Origin = no sale.
