There might be a $10/month service charge to use it; unsure, watch the video (it mentions it) and then check out the manufacturer's site for more information: http://www.ojophone.com/homepage

There are supposed hacks to defeat this charge and use it without a subscription.

Nice piece of technology that failed the first time around (when Motorola was involved) and may not be worth it with added costs, but good deal nonetheless.
