Some real sweet classics in here. If this had Godzilla 1984 in the collection I'd be so down.
Does it come with a little cardboard Tokyo?
Is Godzooki in any of these?
The two-disc Gojira includes the American version King of the Monsters, so you don't need both, and it's $11.49 right now. This is a really good movie, not campy at all, and especially moving when you consider it was released less than ten years from the time the atomic bombs were dropped on Japan.
Terror of Mechagodzilla does not belong in this group. It's a lot more recent than the others.
Godzilla Raids Again, Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, and Godzilla vs Mothra were all made before the monster got too campy. They are all worth watching. The last is probably the best of this group.
The last of these (save Terror) is Invasion of the Astro-Monster, which was called Monster Zero in its American dubbed version. It's campier than the others, but it's got aliens controlling monsters to take over the Earth.
In summary, Gojira is great, and $20 for Ghidorah and vs. Mothra is a good price, so the rest are free. Go for it.
GOSEERRA!
@linkage89: Godzooki? Is that the "Son of Godzilla" movie? His name was Minilla. That movie is available separately on Amazon for $8.49 or from DeepDiscount for $7.92. I just purchased it from DD; I loved that movie when I was a kid!
@flamingonut: dude. original animated tv series by hanna barbera...its not Toho but it is classic.
