DOES "MERCHANDISE" as stated above mean this can't be used to purchase an Ipad? I read other forums saying these gift cards can be used toward an ipad..

@getpartsmart: It sounds like you are looking for an Apple gift card, which can be used to buy anything on apple.com/store or anything in an Apple retail store.
This deal is for an Apple iTunes gift card which adds a cash balance to your Apple iTunes account which can be used to rent movies, purchase music, movies, TV shows, iBooks and iOS apps on the iTunes store, buy Mac Apps on the Mac App Store, subscribe to iTunes Match in iTunes, and I think that's about it. The balance can not be used to buy hardware.

For the record, I've never seen an Apple Gift Card (non-iTunes) offered at a discount.

Do you have to take just one $100 card, or could you get 4 $25 cards, or 2 $50 cards? I like to gift these, but $100 is usually a bigger gift than I give most of the people I'd gift these to. But if I could get it in 4 or 5 smaller cards, that'd fix me up for teenage birthday gifts til Christmas!

You can add multiple cards to one order buy going back to the page and adding to cart (can't adjust quantity in the cart for some reason).

@justafreak: As do I , I have about $200 in my itunes now and I hardly ever buy anything, but i just got apple tv so I thought I might rent some movies now and I figured if I buy iBooks instead of kindle books they are costing less when I pay less for the GC. Its all about rationalizing, which I see you do well!
