I actually made it past TSA with one of these in my wallet (on accident, naturally.) That wallet sat face down in plain sight and went through their carry-on scanner.

I feel sooooo much safer with them on the beat.

edit: Also, you do NOT want to hang this on your keychain. It will hurt you and everyone around you.

I picked this up awhile back when Meritline had the exact same deal. It's not amazing; the cutting edge is not very big. But I've used it to open packages and a few beer bottles when I had no other tools handy.

Still worked for me, though I will say as a firs time user, the site looked a little like it could be hosted by 'Peggy' in Russia, hopefully that 0.99 charge does not show up as 990.00 on my statement....

I bought these before at a slightly higher price. They will also work to strike sparks from a ferrocerium rod. For .50, it's a fine deal.

My previous order shipped directly from Singapore. How do they produce these AND ship them internationally for .50/ea and make a profit?

The two I picked up came in yesterday. Fits just fine in my bi-fold, they weigh a bit more than I anticipated - but sturdy. Opens up bottles just fine, haven't tried the other tools yet.
