Anyway, this is a one-sided griddle and not a good one compared to the others out there.
Ours is a Nordic Ware aluminum 2-sided version we got @ Costco for about $20.
For about the same price, here is an excellent 2-sided Lodge cast iron version which will be our next purchase. Much better heat distribution,
can sear grill marks on steaks & chops (and sliced eggplant for veggie lasagna), and cast iron will be left to your children's children.
